Hi friend 👋 and welcome to the official fine print for becoming a Hello Mojo Affiliate (aka: someone we love to partner with because you’re spreading the mojo magic far and wide).

Before we start sharing the good stuff, we need to make sure we're all on the same page.

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“Affiliate” or “you”) and

Hello Mojo Pty Ltd ABN 67 615 177 104 (“Hello Mojo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the creator and provider of transformative digital products designed to help people navigate divorce and separation with more clarity, courage, and compassion.

By signing up to be a Hello Mojo Affiliate, you agree to all the terms and conditions below. So let’s dive in.

1. The Basics (Let’s Make It Official)

To be a Hello Mojo Affiliate, you must:

- Be over 18 (and legally able to enter into a contract).

- Promote Hello Mojo products in a respectful, transparent, and non-spammy way.

- Only share your unique affiliate link to refer traffic.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any affiliate application for any reason—though we’d

love to work with people who are a values fit.

2. What You’re Promoting

This Agreement applies only to the referral of Hello Mojo digital products, including but not limited to ebooks, checklists, courses, templates, memberships, or workshops sold directly via Hello Mojo-owned platforms.

It does not apply to physical products, coaching programs, or partner/third-party offers (unless otherwise stated in writing).

3. The Commission Breakdown (aka How You Get Paid)

You’ll earn a commission percentage based on the net sale price of any digital product purchased through your affiliate link (excluding GST, discounts, refunds, chargebacks, or processing fees).

Payouts are made by the 15th day of the following month after the sale.

Payouts will be made via bank transfer or PayPal (depending on your preference), and we’ll request your details when you onboard.

You’ll be able to access a report of tracked sales via our affiliate platform so you can keep tabs on how things are going.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

You're expected to:

- Promote Hello Mojo products truthfully and ethically.

- Not pretend to be Hello Mojo (aka no pretending you are us—you're amazing, but you’re not Annie).

- Clearly disclose that you’re using affiliate links, in line with ACCC guidelines and any applicable influencer or advertising codes of conduct.

- Keep your login and affiliate access secure and confidential.

- Follow any brand guidelines or promotional materials we provide.

5. The Fine Print on Cancellations and Refunds

If a customer uses your link but later cancels or gets a refund, your commission for that sale will be voided (or deducted from future payouts if already paid). If there’s a chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to adjust your commission accordingly.

6. Termination (Let’s Not Get Here, But Just in Case)

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate status at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to unethical behaviour, spamming, misuse of your link, or breach of this Agreement.

You can also say goodbye anytime by emailing us at [email protected].

Once terminated, you’ll no longer earn commissions, and your affiliate link will be deactivated.

7. Disclaimer + Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees around your earnings. How much you earn depends on your own efforts and audience. As with any business, results may vary. To the extent allowed by Australian law, we are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program.

8. Third-Party Tools (Including Trello + Go High Level)

You may refer people to products that include access to or recommendations for third-party tools or platforms such as Trello or Go High Level.

Please note: Hello Mojo is not responsible for issues arising from the use, misuse, deletion, or misinterpretation of third-party tools.

Affiliates should not make any guarantees about those tools, and customers should always read their terms of service.

9. Privacy + Terms

All affiliate relationships are also governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which cover everything from cookies to copyright. Please give them a quick skim.

10. Let’s Stay Legal (Governing Law)

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled under Australian jurisdiction.

11. The Vibe (But Also Serious)

We’re here to do good work in the world. That includes making sure our community is built on kindness, honesty, and integrity. We ask the same from our affiliates. When in doubt, choose the high road (with a dash of sparkle).

By signing up as a Hello Mojo Affiliate, you agree to this Agreement and all the responsibilities it includes.

You’re also agreeing that this is the full agreement (no sneaky extras on the side), and it can only be updated or changed in writing by Hello Mojo.
